take you to get on Phuoc An boat
front of the Phuoc An River Hotel
Rowing a long side of Do River ,the
guide will help you how to spread
fishing net on the river
During a 30 minutes waiting ,guests
can relax by rowing boat with the
guide along the bank to see the
beautiful view of the river and life
of local people , make sure your
camera is always available
At
9:30 : Our chef and the tour
guide will take you to the Cam Chau
market. You will have the
opportunity to interact with the
local sellers and purchase some of
the ingredients that to be used in
the cooking lesson later.
Back to the net
and pull it up,here you can catch
fish and get them on boat if
possible,fish will be brought to the
the Hotel for preparing cooking
Back to the Hotel at
10:00,everything belong to the menu
is ready .The chef will show you how
to prepare and cook one by one as
the menu till you finish .The
cooking class is an interesting and
fun way to explore and learn about
some of Hoi An’s special food and
Vietnamese specialities.Cook and
appreciate yourself what you have
learned after the lesson .Chef can
also teach you how to d�cor dish,
this is important to make your meal
appetizing.
The class runs for about an hour and
30 minutes.
